A few summers ago an enthusiastic man called Yannis wandered into the shop to introduce himself and his artisan food range Borakis importing single origin products from Crete. We agreed to take a few cases of extra virgin olive oil, and were amazed by the feedback we received from our customers.
Since then we've added moreish koulouria savoury olive biscuits, orino gold honey with a taste of wild herbs and thyme, and a deliciously authentic Spanacopita, a filo pastry spinach pie.
