A new menu to put Spring in your step

With leaves and blossom out on the trees, and our first vegetables delivered from the lovely people at Snakehall Farm (excellent lettuce and a nice selection of potted herbs) Summer seems to be on it's way!  So we decided to create a fresh new menu to put spring in your step!

Friday 10th May

Lentil lasagne
Tofu tagine with couscous 
Selection of pasties
Falafel wraps
Butter bean houmous
Vegan pizza

Tuesday 14th May

Vegetarian sausage and lentil stew on millet and buckwheat
Yellow split pea dahl
Selection of pasties
Falafel wraps
Houmous
Anti-pasti

Thursday 16th May

Mushroom wellington salad
Lasagne
Selection of pasties
Houmous
Falafel wraps
Pesto houmous

Saturday 18th May

Carrot, seed, and falafel salad
Filo parcels with local nettles and salad
Selection of pasties
Falafel wraps
Butter bean houmous
Red cabbage and walnut coleslaw
