New Sourdough Bread!

At last we have a new supplier of delicious, locally made sourdough bread! Dovecote Bakery (based in Arbury, Cambridge) will deliver on Tuesday and Friday each week. Dovecote will supply a wide range of sourdough bread as well as a gluten-free loaf and even organic crumpets. See photos below for examples of what to expect...

 

Kamut Sourdough

Ingredients: kamut flour, rye flour, wheat flour, water, sea salt




Sourdough Rye

Ingredients: rye flour, wheat flour, water, yeast, sea salt




Wholemeal Sourdough

Ingredients: wholemeal flour, wheat flour, water, sea salt
